This Privacy Policy explains how your information is collected, used, and protected when you use the IziEq website, desktop plugins, and iPadOS application (Standalone and AUv3 audio unit plugin).

Account Information: We collect your email address and encrypted password to authenticate your account, maintain your active session, and manage your subscription.
Preset Data: Only the mathematical parameters of your calculated equalization curves and project names are saved to your account so you can recall your presets across devices.
Technical Diagnostics: Non-identifiable technical data (app version, OS version, crash logs) used solely to diagnose stability and improve performance.

2. Audio Processing and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy

No Audio Used for AI Training: We do NOT use your audio recordings, stems, mixes, or masters to train, fine-tune, or develop any artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Abstract Mathematical Data Only: Any AI-assisted features or intelligent suggestions operate strictly on abstract, mathematical data. Raw audio files are never ingested by or transmitted to third-party AI models.
Immediate Deletion: Audio files uploaded for spectral analysis are processed ephemerally in transit and permanently deleted immediately after calculations are completed. We do not store or retain your source audio recordings.

3. Data Protection and Security

We implement standard industry security practices (including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit and secure database storage) to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure of your information.

4. Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party providers for infrastructure and payment processing (such as Stripe). We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
